Representation means we work with the player and family to build a proper pathway: we build or improve the player's profile, guide their footage, communicate with clubs, identify suitable opportunities, help prepare the player for overseas, and support them before, during and after.

And when there is a real opportunity for a scholarship, registration or contract, we step in to assist with that process.

Representation is not a scholarship. It is not a professional contract. It is not a guarantee that a club will sign you. It is not a promise that the biggest club will take you, or that you will get the exact club you want. And it is not a shortcut around the player needing to perform.

Representation gives a player a clearer pathway, better environments, more exposure, honest feedback and the right people behind them. But the player still has to earn it.

The first thing we do is build or improve the player's professional profile — a structured football CV, key details, position, level, history and any highlights or match footage. From there we promote the player directly to suitable clubs in our network.

Across the 12-month period, the player gets ongoing support, club exposure, event access, footage guidance and overseas options where suitable.

No. We cannot accept everyone. If we do not believe there is a realistic pathway, or that the player or family is the right fit, we have to be honest about that. Our job is to choose the profiles we genuinely believe we can help place into better football environments.

Nobody can perfectly judge a player's future from one video, one call, one event or two training sessions — and anyone who tells you they can is not being straight with you. Players have good days and bad days. Clubs, scouts and agents all get it wrong sometimes.

Our opinion, experience and network matter, but the goal is not perfect prediction. The goal is to stack the deck in the player's favour.

Honestly: more than 90% of players who work with us do not come back with a scholarship or professional contract. Football is hard, Europe is hard, and getting signed is hard.

That is why we build the pathway so the experience still benefits the player even without a signing — a real club environment, proper coaching, honest feedback, and development that helps them return a better player.

On average, players who work with us may receive between two and five trial or development options over time, depending on their level, profile, timing, position and availability. These are meant to be suitable options that make sense for the player — not random ones — and the final outcome is never guaranteed.

Yes. Represented players get access to our EFA trial events as a free extra, where we bring directors, scouts and coaches from Spanish clubs to Australia so players can be assessed in person. The events are not compulsory, and if you are not based in Australia they are not necessary — just an added benefit.

A scholarship in European football usually means the club covers some or all of the player's living expenses — accommodation, food, transport and football-related costs. It may not mean a monthly salary, but it can be a major first step, because the club is now investing in the player rather than the player only paying for an opportunity.

Going straight into a paid professional contract as an amateur is possible but rare. All outcomes are merit-based.

Representation runs for an initial 12-month period. Most players choose to renew after that, but to start, we work with the player for a year.

Our representation fee is $2,949 AUD for the 12-month period, with a flexible monthly payment plan available for families who prefer it. That fee covers our work as an agency and access to our club network.

The fee does not cover personal expenses. Flights, accommodation, overseas club fees, food, visas, insurance and travel-related costs are budgeted separately depending on the opportunity. Most families need to invest into the pathway first, then the player proves themselves in the right environment.
