-
What is your success rate?As industry leaders, 8% of players in our rep program get offered a contract or scholarship overseas, compared to the industry average of less than 1%.
-
What is the age range for players eligible for the trials?Players aged 13-23 are eligible for the trials and representation.
-
Do you represent girls football overseas?Yes, just like our male players we represent females in the exact same way.
-
What's the difference between Elite Football and a soccer academy/tour?We are the only football agency in the world that works with pro clubs and La Liga, NOT academies and give "amateur" football players direct access to our exclusive European partners with a guaranteed direct football trial or a FULL refund. Because your success is our success, we even refund you when you sign a contract or scholarship.
-
What does the 1-3 month guaranteed trial in Europe entail?Your football representation includes at least one club option from our list of partners to trial with. Direct experience with the club, training and exposure to the best coaches with high-calibre players, and football opportunities for professional development.
-
How do you ensure the safety and well-being of my child during the trial? We provide comprehensive support, including supervised residency accommodation, medical care, and 24/7 assistance. Everything is organised and handled by the pro club from the moment you land and you're picked up from the airport. Meals included.
-
What kind of communication can I expect regarding my child's progress? The Elite Team will provide regular updates through email, phone calls, and progress reports. You will also have access to Alan & Maurice at all times, 24/7.
-
What happens if my child doesn't get a professional contract after the trial? We’re here to give you every opportunity to succeed and support you on your journey with unwavering dedication. The longer we have to work with you, the higher your chances of going pro. 1st Trip: 8% chance 2nd Trip: 14.5% chance 3rd Trip: 22% chance
-
If my son wants to go overseas, can the parents travel with him?Yes, of course! 90% of our players travel solo, as everything is handled correctly by the pro club they will stay with from the moment they land. They get picked up by them from the airport, but yes, some parents prefer to drop them off themselves, which can be arranged with no problem.
-
Do you represent professional players? While our focus will always be helping amateur football players transition to the pro scene, we have a dedicated team within the company that only focuses on pro players and contracted youth. Email info@elitefootball.com.au if you’re a “Pro” player looking for representation.
-
Do I have to sign a contract to join Elite Football? You don't have to sign any contract to join our player representation program initially. But, if we’re successful together and you get offered a scholarship or a contract with a club, we transition the player onto our agency contract.
-
What’s the Key points of the agency contract? It is a 3-year contract and 5% of the player's wage.
-
Can I really go pro?The truth is, we can’t make that promise without knowing how serious you are about football. We've had players who we thought would go far and did, and others who looked great on paper but could have adapted better overseas. A lot depends on how you handle being away from home. But just the fact you’re here says a lot.
-
What opportunities can Elite Football give me?Elite Football is tailored for amateur football players aged 13-23 seeking real trial opportunities with top clubs, exposure to scouts, and professional football development.
-
Does my son/daughter need a visa?An EU passport is an advantage, but we have signed Aussies in Europe without needing one. There's always a way.
-
Do you provide football coaching sessions before going overseas? We do not.
-
Do I need a highlight video? We've signed players without any highlight videos before. It's a bit tougher to promote you without one, but we'll handle that.
-
Are there opportunities for further education while training? Most of our players are still in school and usually opt for shorter, 3-month trips. You can often arrange to continue your studies online, or we can organise for them to get a sport-related diploma to get a student visa and stay longer in Europe. Plus, clubs prefer players who study as well.
-
What happens if I don't get a trial? We are confident in acquiring at least one trial offering for each player. However, you may request a FULL refund* if we are unsuccessful.
-
What clubs will I be exposed to?Our partners constantly change and grow as we develop new and better relationships. However, whether you're a goalkeeper, attacker, 13 or 23, you're going to a club that suits your wants/needs with the best chance at signing a contract/scholarship.
-
What actually is this event? Is it just another football camp?Nope. It’s not a camp. It’s a chance for your child to finally be seen by the right people. Real coaches, real agents with real clubs. We’re not here to run drills and pat them on the back. This is about spotting the kids who are ready—and giving them a real shot at something more.
-
Who’s actually watching my child?People who can actually open doors. Not volunteers. Not random coaches. These are pro coaches, international club staff, and our Elite Football team. They’re looking for talent to take to the next level—and your child could be one of them.
-
My kid’s not a rep superstar… is this for them? That’s exactly who it’s for. Some of the best players we’ve seen were the ones no one noticed—until now. We’ve had quiet kids show up nervous… and walk away with trial offers in Europe. Your kid doesn’t need a name. They need a chance.
-
What do we actually get for the ticket?2 days of training run by top European coaches A real trial—every session is being watched Written feedback on how your child performed A full support team on-site If your kid stands out? Pathway talks start right there And most important? You’ll never have to wonder if you could’ve done more.
-
Will my child 100% get signed? We won’t promise that. No one can. And if they do—they’re lying. But what we do promise is: Your child will be seen. They’ll leave with clear next steps, real feedback, and a chance most kids never get. And we’ve had players go from “never heard of” to “signed in Spain” in 3 months.
-
How’s this different from NPL or local rep?NPL = Skills. This = Exposure. NPL = Playing time. This = Pathway. You’ve paid for years of “development.” Now it’s time to get results.
-
Is this actually safe and real?We know what it’s like to be burned by empty promises. We’re parents too. Every club we work with—we’ve been there. Every coach is vetted. Every step is backed. Over 100 families have already trusted us. We’re building reputations—not just running events.
-
Where are the events? We’ll be in: Gold Coast Sydney Melbourne Pick what’s closest—and we’ll take care of the rest.
-
What if my kid gets picked? Then the real journey begins. We organise their trials, club invitations, and provide full placement support. But just to be clear—parents are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodation etc., or any associated fees. We’ll guide you through it step by step, but you’ll handle the bookings. No guesswork. No confusion. Just a clear path forward with our team beside you.
-
Why should I trust you with something this big?Because this isn’t just business to us. It’s personal. We’ve been scammed. We’ve been overlooked. And we built the very system we wish someone built for us. Now? We’re handing it to parents like you—who won’t let their kid get left behind.
-
What if my child is under 16 and gets selected? If your child is under 13, a parent or guardian will need to travel with them for any overseas trials, this is required by clubs. If they’re 13 to 15, they’re still eligible for a scholarship or long-term development pathway, but European clubs cannot legally offer contracts to players under 16. That said, this is often the age where serious scouting begins. Getting seen early builds the foundation for future offers.
-
Does my child need a passport? And does having an EU passport help?Yes—your child will need a valid passport to attend any overseas trial if selected. Make sure it has at least 6 months of validity from the planned return date. And if they hold an EU passport? That’s a bonus. Clubs love it because it removes visa headaches and opens up more opportunities, especially for longer stays or contracts. But don’t stress—if your child doesn’t have one, we still handle placements all the time for non-EU players. We’ll guide you through the process either way.
