What we collect

We may collect:

• Player & parent details (name, email, phone, DOB).
• Passport details, flight itineraries, CVs, highlight reels.
• Payment and billing information (processed securely via Shopify).
• Communications with EFA.

How we use it

• Delivering representation services.
• Coordinating with professional clubs and trial partners.
• Organising events and logistics.
• Marketing, testimonials, and brand content.

Media & marketing consent

By purchasing, you grant irrevocable consent for EFA to use your name, image, videos, highlights, testimonials, and event/trial footage across all media formats worldwide and in perpetuity (YouTube, social media, advertising, press).

This includes both positive and negative documentation of your journey. You waive any right to request removal.

Storage & sharing

Data is stored securely using Shopify, Monday.com, Google Workspace, and other trusted platforms. We share information only with EFA staff, contractors, and professional clubs relevant to your representation.

1. Is this just another paid showcase with promises but no real opportunities?
Absolutely not. Our events aren't about running drills for photos or boasting how many attended our previous events.

They're direct trial windows with pro Spanish clubs, where coaches and agents will be scouting players.

We don't "hope" someone notices you. We bring the people who make the decisions.

2. What if we have an EU passport?
That's a big advantage — it simplifies visas and opens more opportunities.

But don't worry if not. We handle placements for non-EU players all the time and guide families through every step.

3. What if my kid is under 16 and gets selected?
For ages 13-15, they can still earn scholarships or join development pathways, but Spanish clubs can't legally sign players under 16.

That said, this is the age where real development starts and being seen early builds the base for future contracts.

4. My kid's not a rep superstar... is this for them?
Your kid is exactly who it's for.

Some of the best players we've seen were the ones overlooked in NPL and State Leagues. We've had quiet kids show up nervous... and walk away with trial offers for clubs like Real Oviedo, C.D. Leganes, and Levante U.D.

Your kid doesn't need to be a prodigy. They just need a moment to prove themselves.

EFA events and trials are separate from representation services and are treated as one-off, access-based products.

Ticket purchases
All event and trial purchases are final. No refunds are provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you understand and accept that this is a non-refundable, access-based service.

Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another player of the same age group only with prior written approval from EFA. Transfers must be requested at least 72 hours before the event.

Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled due to weather, venue issues, or circumstances outside EFA's control, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be issued in this case.

Event cancellation
If EFA cancels an event entirely and cannot provide a suitable replacement date, a full refund or credit will be issued.

Non-attendance
Failure to attend an event for any reason (including injury, illness, travel issues, or personal circumstances) will result in forfeiture of the ticket.

Player responsibility
Players must arrive on time and prepared to participate. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for late arrival, early departure, or inability to complete the session. Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate.

Assumption of risk & liability waiver
By attending an event, players (and parents/guardians where applicable) acknowledge that football is a physical activity involving inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents. Participation is entirely at the player's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFA and its staff, coaches, partners, and venues will not be held liable for any injury or physical harm sustained during or after the event, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.

Medical consent
In the event of injury or medical emergency, EFA reserves the right to arrange or seek appropriate medical treatment if deemed necessary. Any medical costs incurred are the responsibility of the player and/or their parent or guardian.

Behaviour & conduct
Players are expected to behave professionally and respectfully at all times. EFA reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for misconduct, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour, failure to follow instructions from staff or coaches, or any behaviour deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Event outcomes
Participation in an event or trial does not guarantee selection, representation, trials, contracts, or any professional opportunity. All evaluations and decisions are based on performance, coach assessment, and current club needs, which are subjective and may vary.

Media & image consent
By attending an event, players (and parents/guardians where applicable) grant EFA full rights to film, photograph, and record their participation. These materials may be used by EFA for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes including social media, advertisements, website content, video productions, and testimonials. This consent is granted worldwide, in perpetuity, and royalty-free. No compensation is payable for such use, and no prior approval is required before publishing.

Data & privacy
By purchasing and attending an event, you consent to EFA collecting and using player information for operational purposes, communication, and performance evaluation.

Parent/guardian consent (for minors)
If the participant is under 18 years of age, the purchase of a ticket confirms that a parent or legal guardian has read, understood, and accepted these terms on their behalf.

Force majeure
EFA will not be held responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including weather conditions, government restrictions, travel disruptions, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Chargeback protection
Any attempt to reverse charges through a bank or payment provider will be defended with evidence of these agreed terms and proof of service delivery. Service is considered delivered upon providing access to the event and the opportunity to participate. By purchasing, you agree that all payments are non-refundable except under the limited conditions outlined above.
