Billing

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
  • Payments processed securely by Shopify.

Cancellations

  • Cancel anytime via Shopify or by written request.
  • Cancelling ends all services immediately. No refunds.

Failed payments

  • If payment fails, services stop immediately until resolved.

Loyalty pricing

  • Year 2+ Standard Rep Annual renewals auto-drop to $1,648/year or $189/month.

Events

  • Free for active rep members, but registration on our website is mandatory.
