What People Are Saying About EFA

It’s a unique experience as offer real exposure to the kids to international couches and opportunities.
Carlos Hernandez
It was a lot more technical but also the responsibility was on the players to physically put in.
Tony Ricciuto
Nothing compares to the caliber of genuine care and desire that we saw on display with the Elite team to provide an environment where players can thrive. Their communication and interaction with players was exceptional.
Nick Norrie
The teams/coaches from Spain that you guys brought to show the kids in Australia were pretty big names and were impressive.
Temur Baykuziyev
Much more professional and goal focused.
Dorina Cocolea
3 overseas coaches from real clubs. Actually watching the kids not standing in the middle of the ground talking to one another pretending to watch. Being involved in drills and games. Looking like they are genuinely there to seek players. Not that they “had” to be there or “paid” to be there. That was what I experienced.
Melissa Aiello
No BS compared to other trials we have been too - smaller groups compared to mass groups where no one is being watched and just a money grab - great drills - real coaches who know what they are looking at - feedback honest - constant clear communication- friendly EFA team

The fact that it’s super organised and the “real deal”. If you have any questions, or concerns, Maurice and other staff are available for an open, honest, no “sugar coating” chat of what is expected and how they operate.

An example of how I knew EFA would be the right choice: I applied online a week before the trial and contacted EFA immediately, as I was worried the kit wouldn’t arrive. I received a text and email back almost immediately and received the kit via express post the next day. I had the honour of chatting to Maurice (as I didn’t want to bother the EFA staff and coaches while the event was ongoing), and he laid out everything from how EFA operates, to how they put your child’s best interest forward. EFA has the experience, so it’s purely up to your child to show his abilities.
Lindi-Ann
We feel this trial was professional, built on experiences of a professional agency, coaches, and scouts. Taking video footage to review, taking time to consider all players I feel is definitely a more professional approach than we have been used to seeing at other trials.

Others definitely don't have the personal touch the honesty it shines through with EFA
Paul King
We have done similar things but not to this level.
Chris Roberts
The coaches were very good and engaged well with the boys, pushing them throughout the session. In many trials in Australia, coaches usually just stand and watch.
Michelle Peralta
Compared to other programs and showcases, this trial stood out by doing the basics well — including something as simple but important as providing bottles of water. The organisation on the day was clear, player welfare was considered, and the environment felt more professional and player-focused than many other experiences we’ve had. Small details like communication prior to trials was helpful.
Min Ai
The high level of competition and the professional structure stood out most to me.

This was my first international and professional-level trial. Compared to the local trials I have experienced, this one felt much more structured, professional, and truly focused on player development. The coaches and staff were also very kind and supportive throughout the process.
Amir Ali
It was great to see the coaches get involved in the sessions to provide advice and direction.
Charlie Tabone
Everyone had a chance to showcase their skills and training was intense.
Danica De avila
Efficiently organised; players were constantly active. Maximised the time available.
Tiara Rolfe
Pretty much from schedule times/aproched to parents where they feel us comfortable in their environment. From was promoting that was delivered. Very impressed.
Joao Carlos
Just how it was run, very well organised lots of communication, which was great as it was our first time attending.
