Refund policy

Elite Football Agency (EFA) provides access-based representation services, not guaranteed outcomes. Our process is designed to be delivered across a 12-month period.

Refund terms

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind or early cancellation.
  • Cancelling your subscription ends all services immediately (agent support, trial access, events, CVs, highlight reels uploads, club access). No partial refunds or credits apply.
  • Missed or skipped events are forfeited.

When a full refund may apply

The only circumstances where a refund applies are:

  1. No Club Offer Provided
    If during your active 12-month representation period, EFA fails to present at least one legitimate trial opportunity with a professional club overseas, you are entitled to a full refund of your representation fee for that year.
  2. Successful Signing
    If a player goes overseas, is offered a scholarship or contract, and accepts, EFA will refund the representation fee paid for that active year in full.
    This refund guarantee does not apply to Premium Representation subscriptions.

Overseas costs

Your representation fee covers only EFA services. Players and families are responsible for all overseas costs including:

  • Flights, accommodation, food, transport, visas, insurance, and club fees.
  • Typical costs range between €2,000–€3,000 per month but may be higher or lower depending on club/location.
  • These are not included in your EFA subscription.

Chargeback protection

Any attempt to reverse charges through your bank will be defended with proof of services delivered. By purchasing, you agree that services are non-refundable except under the limited conditions listed above.
