By purchasing from Elite Football Agency, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions
- Standard Rep Monthly → $1,459 onboarding + $189/month (first payment $1,648). Auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime.
- Standard Rep Annual → $2,949 first year. Auto-renews $1,648/year or $189/month. Cancel anytime.
- Premium Rep Annual → $8,849/year. Auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime.
Cancelling ends all services immediately.
Refunds
- No refunds for early cancellation or change of mind.
- Full refund only if no club option is provided in 12 months, or if a player signs and accepts a contract/scholarship (excluding Premium Rep).
- Refund guarantee does not cover overseas expenses.
Events
- Rep members receive free event entry but must register online for each event.
- Missed events are forfeited.
Overseas costs
All overseas expenses are the responsibility of the client. This includes and is not limited to flights, accommodation, food, transport, visas, insurance, and club fees. Typical club cost for Food, accomodation and club fees: €2,000–€3,000 per month, subject to variation.
No guarantees
EFA provides access and introductions only. Scholarships, contracts, and signings are not guaranteed.
Exclusivity
Players/parents may not bypass EFA to contact clubs directly once introduced.
Media rights
By joining, you consent to your name, image, video, testimonials, and trial/event footage being used for marketing worldwide and in perpetuity.
Non-disparagement
You agree not to publicly defame, disparage, or harm EFA (including on social media). Concerns must be raised privately with EFA first. Breach may result in immediate termination without refund.
Dispute resolution
All disputes go to mediation in Brisbane, QLD, then arbitration before litigation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Queensland, Australia law.
