If you are here, you are dealing with me directly. I have been a football agent for 7 years. I operate on the ground in Spain and work directly with clubs to place players into the right environments. No middle layer, or support agent handoff. I am involved from start to finish.
Most players do not fail because of talent. They fail because they do not have access to the right people, a clear process, or the right timing. This exists for a very small number of players where I take personal responsibility for the outcome.
Most pathways put the risk on the player. This one puts the risk on me.
That means I personally manage your journey end to end. Evaluation, positioning, club introductions, trials, and ultimately, the delivery of an official season registration with a partnered Spanish club.
If I select you, it is because I already believe I can deliver your placement.
Placement means exactly that. An official season registration with a Spanish club at the level we agree on beforehand. If that doesn’t happen, you don’t pay for an outcome that wasn’t delivered.
If I don’t deliver your agreed placement, your program fees are refunded in full. To make this genuinely risk free, I also cover the agreed travel costs tied to the pathway, including flights, so you’re not left out of pocket for giving it a real attempt. Everything that’s included is confirmed in writing before you proceed.

It’s premium by design, because I’m the one taking the risk. If I don’t deliver what we agree on, you don’t pay for the outcome. And you’re not left wearing the costs of giving it a real attempt.
This isn’t standard representation with a nicer label. This is a director-led, end-to-end placement delivery where I personally handle positioning, club targeting, introductions, trial structure, and the final placement outcome. You’re not paying for hope. You’re paying for a guaranteed deliverable at an agreed level.
That’s why I only select a few players per year. If I’m not confident I can deliver, I don’t take you on, simple. Nobody offers this level of risk reversal unless they’re extremely selective.
Who it’s for: players already performing at a genuinely high competitive level, and for families who want certainty and are ready to move quickly when the opportunity is created, sometimes as fast as a one-month turnaround.

This pathway is intentionally narrow. Before you go any further, do a quick self check. If most of this doesn’t apply to you, that’s not a problem, it just means this isn’t the right lane.

Placement means official season registration with a Spanish club at a level that matches the player’s ability. That can include, but isn’t limited to:
Players competing at lower levels may still be considered for a custom, director-led pathway, but those cases sit outside the placement guarantee and operate under a different structure.
Over a structured 1 to 2 month window, I introduce you to 1 to 6 clubs. Those clubs are selected deliberately based on your profile, your level, and timing.
You are not turning up cold, they know why you are there.
I personally attend and manage the trial process. That’s how I compress what is usually a messy, multi-month pathway into a tighter window without cutting corners.
I fly with you and I stay for the whole process. This is how we keep it tight, controlled, and productive, instead of dragging it out for months.
Throughout this process, you work with me directly. No rotating agents. No passing you around.
Admin and logistics are handled by my team in the background, but your case is treated as a priority at every stage. Nothing gets lost. Nothing gets delayed.
Once we agree on the minimum target club level, all representation and placement-related costs are covered. That includes:
If I deliver your placement, the club covers the football-related costs tied to the opportunity, including accommodation, food, and club fees. At that point, the only cost to you is the pre-agreed service fee for my time and delivery.
If I do not deliver the agreed placement, all refundable milestone payments are returned in full. You do not pay for outcomes that are not delivered.
This means you take no financial risk on the placement itself.
I don’t promise outcomes that are outside my control. That’s how this stays ethical, professional, and realistic.

If I don’t deliver the agreed placement, you get 100% refunded, and your flights, accommodation, food, trials, and local travel are covered. This is on me. You just show up and perform.

We build your professional profile, CV, video, tactical assessment, then I select 1–6 clubs aligned to your level and timeline.
We execute 1–6 club exposures over 1–2 months, secure official season registration, then do monthly check-ins throughout the season.
