EFA and RC Celta staff evaluating players on the field — On-field evaluation by European coaches and EFA staff.

This isn’t a camp

It’s an international trial window — in your backyard.

Direct access to RC Celta, S.D. Huesca, & Fuenlabrada Atlantis + hosted by the #1 football agency in Australia.

The coaches we bring are authentic and direct from the clubs (coaches who can’t speak English — the EFA team will translate).
Your kid will be pushed outside their comfort zone in a healthy, positive environment.
They might be asked to play out of position — where real talent/skill/performers stand out.
Attitude, reactions, grit, communication, & performance are watched 24/7.

What each trial day looks like

Same schedule for Sydney, Melbourne & Adelaide – both days.

Morning session

10:00am – 12:00pm

Boys 15–19

Please arrive early for check-in and warm-up.
10:00am sharp start – on-field trial with coaches & directors.
Attend your correct session time to ensure proper evaluation.

Goalkeeper-only session

12:00pm – 12:30pm

Boys & girls – all ages (mandatory for all GKs)

All goalkeepers must attend.
Attend your correct age-group session as well.
Please arrive on time and follow the schedule exactly.

Afternoon session

1:00pm – 3:00pm

Boys 14 & under + all girls

Please arrive early for check-in and warm-up.
1:00pm sharp start – on-field trial with coaches & directors.
Players who attend the wrong session may not be evaluated properly.

Access to VEO match footage from all event days. Proper footage & highlights you can send to rep teams, NPL clubs or keep for long term development.

We offer a full pro report from the coaches & one-on-one evaluation with a head agent. It’s not for everyone, but for 10 players per city, it could be the difference between being noticed or forgotten.

Full pro report with one-on-one review. You’ll finally get honest answers on where your kid stands, what Spanish clubs see in them, and what needs to happen next for their career.
Multi club assessment. Your kid is evaluated through the eyes of three pro clubs, not just one coach on the day.
Post event phone call with a head agent. So you are not left guessing. You walk away with a clear plan, real next step advice, and straight feedback you will not get anywhere else.
Limited to 10 players per city. This takes time for our agents to do properly, so once those 10 are filled, that is it for that city.
First come, first served. If you want a full breakdown and a real roadmap, secure it early. Once the spots close, no more reports can be completed.
